Change of State under Rule 6.6 of NRAI Match Book

The process for changing one's state, which commenced on February 1, 2023, has concluded on September 30, 2023. It will be reinitiated on February 1, 2024. 

We kindly request all shooters not to send any application for a change of state at this time, as such applications will not be considered.  

State Rifle Associations are urged not to issue No Objection Certificates (NOC) for state change unless the shooter is either joining the Services or paramilitary forces, or retiring from service. 

We extend our sincere request for cooperation from all stakeholders in ensuring a smooth and orderly process for state changes. Your understanding and adherence to these guidelines are greatly appreciated.
