Only State/Unit Managers are permitted to submit relay interchange/swapping requests to the RTS Office.

All such requests must be submitted between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, one day prior to the scheduled match.

Participants and team managers are requested to strictly adhere to the above schedule.
Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
