ISSF Junior World Championship, Korea


The participation in ISSF Junior World Championship in Korea, which is scheduled to be held in July 2023, is open to six (6) shooters in each event, subject to the following condition:-
 
In the World Championship Juniors each nation can enter a maximum of six (6) entries in individual events. Two (2) of those athletes must become the age of 18 years until 31st December of the year of the Championship. A maximum of three (3) athletes of one nation (the three top ranked after Qualification) may proceed to the Final.
 
SAI will sponsor three (3) shooters in each Olympic event and remaining three (3) shooters can participate at own cost, subject to the above age criteria. The NRAI will decide, on the receipt of applications, the shooters as per age criteria on national ranking.
 
As regard participation in non Olympic events, six (6) shooters  in each event, subject to above age criteria, can participate at own cost.
 
No shooter below ranking of ten (10) is allowed to participate at own cost.
 
The selection will be done on the basis of ranking as well as fulfillment of age criteria as laid down by ISSF.
 
All the shooters who are willing to participate at their own cost must inform the NRAI by email at nraiteamsdivision@gmail.com before 1 P.M. on 15th May 2023. The estimated cost for participation is Rs 2,00,000/- per person. This includes the cost of Entry Fee, Hotel, Air Ticket, Transportation, Permit, Visa and Insurance.

No Assistance will be provided to the Parents and Personal Coaches and they will not be allowed to travel with the Indian Team.
