66 NSCC - CHANGE OF DETAILS

We would like to draw your attention to a significant matter related to the conduct of 66th National Shooting Championship Competitions (NSCC). In our pursuit of conducting a highly professional and organized event, we aim to address the needs of our participating shooters, who may encounter compelling circumstances, such as upcoming exams. 

We kindly request all affiliated units to provide us with the details of shooters who wish to reschedule their matches to specific dates due to compelling grounds. The universities and educational institutions normally fix their exam schedules well in advance and notify the same to students. We seek full cooperation in thoroughly considering the compelling grounds faced by shooters before forwarding requests for changes to NRAI. Your careful assessment will enable us to plan and organize the competition more effectively. The inter change of details will be amongst the shooters of the same state ONLY and requests received through State Rifle Associations. 



The name wise state wise details will be published on the website of NRAI by 5th November 2023. Shooters can plan their details in accordance with the date wise schedule published along with the circular.

All affiliated units are requested to submit details for any change in details by no later than 10th November 2023. Beyond this date, we regret to inform that NRAI will be unable to entertain further requests for date adjustments. 

We recognize the significance of balancing academic commitments with participation in sports and remain fully committed to accommodating these needs as effectively as possible on genuine grounds. Your cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated and will contribute to the overall success of the 66th NSCC.
